Before you begin.
When does my trial begin?+
The 14-day clock begins after you confirm a payment method in secure Stripe Checkout. Creating a Palance account alone does not start it.
What does the trial include?+
The trial unlocks Private Investor limits and in-platform analysis, including 25 generated Palance AI reveals. Exports remain available after the first successful payment.
What happens when the trial ends?+
Your saved payment method is charged $300 for the next three months unless you cancel before the displayed trial end. If payment fails or you cancel, your data is not deleted and remains available under the applicable Free limits.
What is an open position?+
A unique asset with a current quantity above zero. Historical positions that have been fully sold do not consume the allowance.
Can Palance trade or move my money?+
No. Brokerage connections are read-only. Palance does not hold custody, place trades or move funds.
Is the founding price permanent?+
Customers who subscribe during the launch period retain $300 per quarter while their subscription remains continuously active.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. Cancel during the trial to prevent the first charge, or during a paid term to stop renewal. Access continues until the applicable trial or paid period ends, and your portfolio data remains available under the Free limits.
